Any changes to procedures and/or information systems are examined and risk assessed in line with current data protection and safeguarding guidelines.
No personal identifiable data is collected when using our app. A user account consists of a username (or nickname) and unique token which will be stored on a user’s device. No personal identifiers are collected for account creation or authentication. The purpose of the unique token is to match the user account to the device and nothing more.
A separate Data Protection Impact Assessment has been created for this app and is reviewed annually.

No sensitive information is included. For PDF generation, as this is specific for the school, the school's name will be included in the report. Reports are only accessible with a direct link, given only to the user generating the report – and whomever they chose to share the link with.
