From automatically generating and sending certificates and tax statements, to making interest payments each year, the system saves weeks of work and offers far better security than keeping records in spreadsheets.
Your funders can log in to the portal to download offer documents, certificates and tax statement, update their records or change their payment preferences. This saves them and you time.
Our experience shows that, on average, you get one update every two years per investor. With 500 investors at 5-10 minutes per update, the changes can easily add up to a solid but dull week's work. The funder portal answers this problem.
Every community energy group or Community Benefit Society needs to hold an AGM each year. Using data from our Asset Management services we can provide you with highly-visual powerpoint slides and graphs showing total energy generated, CO2 saved and revenue vs. forecasts for the year across your entire portfolio. You can then easily incorporate them into your presentation and annual report.
